did you ever get a replacement for yours? I ordered my in store on February 17 and it was never shipped, they sent a replacement and sent it to the wrong address and now im stuck with no responses to anyone customer service rep.

Nice, congrats. Hoping that hearing that means that maybe I see my 256 burgandy by the end of may....But my hopes are not high

Hello Albyn-Ann,
Thank you for reaching out, but you are not the first rep to do so. I have spoken to another rep on here, one over the phone, and local employee's at my store. Despite having had these orders in in February, no one has any answer as to when Best Buy will recieve their stock. I have gotten told they will be here this week numerous times via the phone reps, and the online reps and store employee's say they have no idea when stock will be in. It is rather annoying since it appears Samsung themselves as well as Amazon have the phones I have ordered in stock (one for me, one for my wife, and one for my brother) so I can't figure out why you guys don't. Also its mildy annoying that I have already been charged and am having to pay on the 24 month financing I got for the phones yet not having recieved them 3 months later.
Nothing against you personally, but I am just patiently waiting as I got in with the gift card promotion and don't want to lose it. Its just getting old each week being told from one source that phones will be in this week and from other outlets that the phones aren't even in the warehouse to be shipped out yet.
So I will patiently await when my turn arrives to actually retrieve my phone orders.
