Galaxy S10+ Pre-order and not delivered

I pre-ordered an unlocked Galaxy S10+ 128 gb White on 03/02 in store at Sandy, UT branch and I was told the phone would arrive on 03/08. It's been almost a week and the only info I got is "being prepared" since day 1.

 

I went there on 03/08 and employees were friendly but couldn't help at all providing further information or finding my order. They just told me it must not be ready yet. I haven't received any updates on it and I just feel they forgot about my order. I can live with a bit of delay but I want to know what's happening with my order since I can't find info anywhere.

Welcome to Best Buy's online community. I know how disappointing it is to not be able to get your Galaxy S10 right as it releases. I assure you Best Buy is doing its best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Viewing your order on BestBuy.com is the easiest way to stay up-to-date on the status, and tracking information.

Just sent you a private message with the requested info. My order doesn't appear on the website.

 

The only way I'm able to check is calling Best buy mobile, where it says "being prepared" since day 1 with no updates whatsoever since the order was placed.

So I received my email with the fulfillment estimated date to 03/29. I did the preorder on 03/02 and was told it would arrive at 02/08. Now the estimated date is 03/29 to fullfill. To fulfill! This is not even the delivery date. The main reason of my preorder was to get the free galaxy buds. Samsung just allow you to submit your request until 04/04 and it doesn't look like I will receive my phone until that date. If this coming later than that you guys will have to give me a free galaxy bud!!!
