Galaxy S10 Pre order Pick up delay

I Pre ordered a Galaxy S10 March 7 and said it would be ready for pick up on March 15. Today is March 15 and received an email late today around 6:00 pm that the order has been delayed and if the store didn't have it ready by April 15 they would cancel the order. I did not receive another estimated date for delivery and am very disappointed. I called my local best buy store and they said said exactly what the "delayed order" email said. Bad customer service.

All over the Samsung Corp forums they are delayed if you ordered pretty much any color other then black. It's not just Best Buy.
