I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent work of Gabe, the manager of the Colma Best Buy. I was in the market for a new surround system. I went to the San Francisco store and was getting information that was not consistent with the Best Buy and Bose website and also conflicting information from different employees at the store. I decided to leave the San Francisco store without the system. My friend called me and asked if I bought the system and I said no. I told him I will just buy it directly from Bose, hopefully they will stir me in the right direction. My friend told me to call Gabe at the Colma store, he is very knoledgeable. I called Gabe and low and behold he was able to provide valuable information on not only Bose surround systems, but also competing brands. I felt very confident with the information Gabe provided. I didn't realize that I had called Gabe's cell phone and he was actually off that day. Since Gabe wasn't at work, he walked me through the credit card application and online ordering process. I appreciate Gabe's help and Best Buy is really lucky to have such a great employee.
