GIVING POSITIVE FEEDBACK IS IMPOSSIBLE!

I had a very pleasant experience at my local Best Buy, but when I came to the website to give compliments, it proved IMPOSSIBLE.
The "FEEDBACK button" on the home screen does NOTHING. Other than posting in this forum, I found absolutely no way to give any feedback that I feel confident will be addressed by someone who will recognize the effort of an employee to do a great job of customer service.

Best Buy, for a tech shop with its own "Geek Squad", you should be sorely ashamed that your website is lacking a simple way to give GOOD reports about good service. It seems almost suspiciously like you are so paranoid of bad reviews that you make it a serious chore to leave any review at all.

A very positive experience

I would like to recognize an employee by the name of Nia who works at the Best Buy in Valdosta, GA. When I was waiting to check out in a line, Nia came to assist and took more customers including myself to check out in a new line.
This was not the only thing she did that was positive. When I approached with an item to get a price check, she recognized the item and what my intentions were for the item. She pointed out that the particular item that I had may not be suited for my need and graciously suggested the correct item.
To me, this was exceptional service that went beyond what other employees may do. I am very grateful to Nia and I sincerely hope someone in management is able to recognize her for her good customer service.

Do you have any tracker or ad blockers on your computer? This may help to leave feedback.

DO NOT TRY TO SEND ADS WHEN SOMEONE WANTS TO GIVE FEEDBACK AND THERE WON'T BE A PROBLEM.
I don't want or need advertising to tell of an experience. It seems that Best Buy would WANT feedback and not try to attach conditions to them.
If it were my store, I would invite all feedback and make it as easy as possible. IF I GET BLOCKED BY THE SITE BECAUSE I HAVE AN AD BLOCK, THEN THAT SITE DOESN'T DESERVE FEEDBACK. IT DESERVES ABANDONMENT.
Also, if you imply it is part of security, I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO POST HERE IF THAT WERE THE CASE.

I was merely suggesting to have them turned off temporarily if this was the case, Some customers have had success placing orders on the site or logging in by turning these off. Maybe it may work for you  ?
