I returned a $100 item within all return policies and was surprised by the look on the face of the return lady as the return transaction was delayed. I said is there an issue?. She read me a statement on her terminal something like:"Future returns may be denied". That said, she admitted she had never seen that before and was required to read it to me. I felt like a criminal doing something wrong.
I looked at other threads on similar issues and some have said they had to sign a reciept. Nothing like that here.
I have emailed TRE for a retrun report, but i am sure it wll not say much other than I made a return.
At this point, I will not buy anything else at Best Buy until I find out why I have been flagged. There are plenty of other retailers that would like my business!
