Bought a Roku stick…model 3811R…according to the website, I should also receive a fubo free trial for 30 days…still haven’t received instructions on how to redeem nor are there any on my receipt…help?

Your website still shows that this product is eligible for the Fubo promotion and it doesn't clarify that i must order online.  Either remedy or I return the product.  Check the website.  The model number and SKU on my receipt matches the model number and SKU on the website.  3811R   SKU 6367481.  I'd post a screenshot but i can't figure out how.  The zip is use for my store location is 43074

I haven’t received any of that. So if it’s not eligible it shouldn’t say so on your website. It says so on your website that it’s eligible…couldn’t be any clearer.
