My daughter purchased apple air pros for Christmas. When she went to sinc them, they already had a name on them, were dirty and were a different generation. She took them back to the store and they refused to refund her money. She opened an investigation with them, but they have done nothing to help. They have implied that she was trying to fraud them.
We have called customer service and basically was told there was nothing they can do. This is fraud!

Re: Fraud

Hello, Zenitraml,

Thanks for joining our forums' community and reaching regarding your daughter's experience. I know not having her experience Best Buy's world class service can be upsetting.

Due to our Privacy Policy, we are only able to provide information about a purchase to the original purchaser, so we would need to speak directly with them to be able to provide the requested information.  We have several different option for her to contact us. She can reach out via the forums, like you did. If she has Twitter or Facebook, she welcome to send a private message. If is she doesn't have those or like to speak with someone, she is welcome to give us a call at (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 and one of our phone agents can assist.

Please let me know if there any other assistance you need.

Re: Fraud

I would say that the phone number listed may be the most "direct" way to speak to someone who can help, although I think that Jakoma-BBY's offer to have her reach out here might be the best bet.  Ordinarily, I would recommend visiting a store but based on her experience this may not be the best course of action.

I am a Best Buy Employee, but the views that I post are my own and not that of Best Buy.
