Best Buy Store Purchase

Hello,

I just had a terrible experience with the assistant manager Billy and his higher manager named Chris (Conar/Conrad?).

I tried to pricematch in store with Tigerdirect.com and they first flat out told me they don't price match that place.

After showing them the PM guarantee they said the item is incorrect so I told them to pull it up on their phone.

After they did they said it was the right product but he had to go talk to his manager (Chris).

They then come back claiming the Price match guarantee page is incorrect and they just got a corporate email telling them not to pricematch tigerdirect.com anymore. They refused to provide proof or anything and just claimed it was an issue.

After showing them proof and everything they refused.

I am very unhappy because they outright lied and are most likely going to do it for themselves now. What kind of managers are they?

Please do something.

This experience happened around 12:30PM PST in Bellevue, WA best buy. I would highly recommend people not to shop there and go elsewhere where their employees don't lie.
