Formal Complaint

I am complaining because today (11/13/2022) I went to Best Buy (5885 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, Texas 77707)

I went in to buy thermal paste, figured it would be a quick in and out, however upon reaching the checkout line it took the cashier a solid 12 minutes to check out the person in front of us, when they only had TWO ITEMS.


Her name tag was handwritten with the name Dy on it, all she was doing was talking with the person, flirting with them, not ringing up a single item. By the time I got to the counter I asked inquisitively why it took so long and she popped a condecending attitude saying "It TOOK that long because I had to make them an ACCOUNT, do you have any other dumb questions?"


Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. So I am here. I prefer not to have my time wasted by someone who clearly doesnt know how to properly do their job, much less a job that involves a modicum of customer service to achieve it.
