Formal Complaint

I make couple purchase on and select in store pickup/curbside pickup, when I was in store, I prepare the barcode let the employee scan and she told me my name is not on the system, so I try the curbside pickup and other employee let me pickup because it under the family member name, so obviously the employee in store has this mistake and I need go back in store to tell her, and she just keep saying my name is not in the system and require to talk manager , the manager just said she was doing her job and ask me to shop somewhere else, I just can't accept their attitude as a customer service in a local BestBuy, no one can accept this kind service.

I always get hard time in this store pickup and waste a lot time there, also because I make multiple purchase in store, I use curbside pickup instead in store pickup, the employee he won't do it back and forward so many to pick up my item. I mean I paid for the service he should done his job and not compliant with customer, I really this under investigate this kind of service is not acceptable


those situtaion I faced more than three times which lead me to file a complaint, I know this will not end well, or I can just do what the manager said " go shop somewhere else" best service i ever had

The people in store were correct. Unless the name matches exactly or the pickup name was filled out during purchace online they shouldn't let you pick it up.

It is matching and fill up when I puchase the item, under family member pickup, yes even show on the red tag(my name is on there) on the item, they just won't admit is their mistake and show awful attitude to ask you to shop somewhere else, how is that?

If you select the friends and family pickup option when you place an order, you shouldn't run into any issues when retrieving this order if you have your ID and order number ready to go. You can read more about the process here.
