I would like to file a formal complaint for the worst customer service I have ever received at Best Buy Legacy Location from manager on floor named Ramon. We received notice our order had arrived in store and was being prepared for pickup but item was at store. When asked to speak to a manager, Ramon came to the front with an attitude already and said the item wasn't in store. When I asked if there was anything else that could be done this manager raised his voice in and yelled at me that there was nothing he could do he couldn't just make a package appear. I'm a grown woman and i don't need to be yelled at by anyone let alone a manager from Best Buy where i spent close to $500 for a gift. Very disgusted in the service I received and I will never spend one cent at a Best Buy location in the future. You just lost a previous life long customer!
