Hello, my husband and I were in the Sandusky, Ohio store not too long ago and we have been coming here for a few years now. We were interested in the new Samsung phones that are about to come out. It seemed really busy at the time so we did not mind waiting. However, our our encounter with the supervisor I believe named Whitney was less than disappointing. She was flat out rude and condescending towards us, she acted as if we could not afford the phones and had a very disrespectful attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, I'm not sure. It was interesting to find that my in laws had come in not too long after and were looking to exchange their laptop, the same person again was called to help them and she flat out refused the exchange! She told them to go to the store they had bought it from even though they were in the 15 day return policy. I have never been so appalled in my life and possibly the worst customer experience ever! I cannot believe you have someone like that working there, it has put such a bad taste in our mouth. We will be taking our business to another store, it may be a hike for us but better than being treated so terribly. If someone can please get back to us or provide with a corporate number, I would really appreciate it!
