Feedback on Store Experience - 1118

Hello,

 

I need to leave feedback on a horrible experience with store 1118 but the receipt has no link to complete a customer service survey. I am not one to complain but bad experiences with this specific store have become the norm.  Please let me know how I can provide my feedback through you or communicate directly with Management.

The surveys are not printed on the receipts, they are emailed directly to you.  Once they reach your post, they moderators here can record your information at corporate.  If you're seeking to pass it directly to the store leadership, you can do that from the store page on BestBuy.com then clicking the "Email Us" link.

Like you, I have not unreasonable expectations that I will receive the service and assistance I need at any store I visit. It's always a little disheartening to hear that Best Buy many not be providing the stellar experience to which we aspire and I sincerely regret that you have had any sub par experience at our Hato Rey location.
