I bought a Sony 77” Bravia A80K a little over a month ago and never had the chance to open it as I was in the process of moving. Finally got the chance to open it today and as soon as I started the TV, I noticed horizontal lines throughout the whole screen. I don’t think this is normal but I’m outside of best buys’s return policy, what should I do?
