False advertising

I am completely blown away by what just occurred at your Store #788.  There was a whole display of Google Home hubs at the front door and all said $99.00.  I picked up one and purchased it, it rang up for $149.00.  I approached the counter to tell them I was charged wrong and they saw the display and started tearing prices off of the display.  I ask the guy if I could get another one and he said yes you saw the  price so yes. I took it to the counter to get the refund (where I was charged incorrectly) and the girl at the counter said no I cannot give you this one because we caught it.  First, we didnt catch anything, I did.  Very unprofessional and complete false advertisement, so I will furthering this complaint.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for post. Nice choice with the Google Home Hub. I have one myself and I love it. I do, however, regret to hear about this in-store experience. 

We pride ourselves in providing accurate information to our customers. It’s never ideal when something you described happens and I’m certainly sorry it did.
