I bought a dvd today January 26th, 2016, dvd of course is sealed and had a sticker inside the plasatic that said Redeem VUDU code inside, but when i open the DVD, the slip sheet was not there.
So went back to the store and show them, well why am I surprise? they were rude and even said that I could have planted the sticker or copied the dvd, because their policy said,,,blah, balh,,,yes I do understand the policy, but my question is, what do you do as a custmor? You just loose? All the sudden you are ther crook? the lier? the one trying to steal? while in reality you are just complainig of something that the dvd said you can obtain and obviously someone took the slip with the code that should has been inside the case of the seal dvd......

Digital copy is probably the only reason why I purchase a movie and I can understand how frustrating it would be if it’s not there as expected. Thank you for sharing your experience with this matter and for your patience as you waited for our reply.
Our Return & Exchange Promise does share that opened computer software, movies, music or video games can only be exchanged for an identical item. We’re sorry, if that option was articulated in a way that didn’t make you feel good about the situation. As jdogg836, noted we don’t manufacturer the DVD or package them, so we’d be just as unaware as you were that your copy didn’t include it. We highly recommend reaching out to the production company/manufacturer for further assistance, they’d be best positioned to get you a code.
