Failed to fulfill purchase

I ordered a Jitterbug Smart 2 online December 18,2020. The message said the item would be delivered 12/20/20. The item was not received. On December 28,2020 I saw a notice that my item had shipped 12/28/20. The message said to expect the item 1/2/2021. The item wasn't received. On 01/05/21 I went to the store with that message and told them the item had not been received. Rather than honor the sale  purchase I had made, the amount was refunded. At the time I ordered the phone from Best Buy, I saw several ads showing the same price Best Buy had, I decided to order from Best Buy.  Now that the sale time has passed, the phone is no longer on sale and Best Buy will not honor the amount I paid at that time. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was pleased to see the phone on sale and chose to purchase from Best Buy. Now that the sale is over, I can only get the phone by paying full prise. I believe Best Buy should have honored the price I paid and provided me with the phone I expected at the price I paid.

Because the decision was made to cancel this order we would be unable to reinstate your order. Once a sale price has ended, we are unable to honor that previous sale price.
