Extremely poor customer service

I was in the Hawthorne store #104 to buy Bose sunglass headphones.  After waiting for 20 minutes, the manager asked me to place the order with Customer pick up as they had no stock.  When I went to the customer pick up, they said that theydo not take oders in that department and sent me back to the manager - Danny.  Danny being a manager said that he was not aware of no orders being taken at the customer pick up and asked me to go to another store (10 miles away). He kept insisting that I need to wait or can go elsewhere and was not interested in helping me place the order. Basically not interested in new business or seling your products.  Very rude and disapponting.
