Extremely bad customer service

I had worst customer experience ever at Best Buy. I spent approximately 2.5 hours. 1 hour was to get in queue and then 1 hour with the agent. First thing I requested the best buy agent is that I am coming down with flu very badly, can you please expedite my request. He hardly cared to listen. He kept on entertaining other people who were asking questions in between. I started getting very sick and very dizzy. Barely survived. Even though he could see my condition, the agent continued talking to his fellow team members.


I wonder how people care less. Most difficult trait to have is empathy. I am sad to see that.

We want all of our customers to have great experiences in store, but it sounds like you didn’t get the service you were looking for. Venturing out when sick is certainly never fun, so I can see why you wanted to be in and out.
