Yesterday, September 15th, 2019, a bought a wireless earphones at an Express Kiosk in Houston's International Airport. I tried with my usual credit card. It took a lot of time and then the transaction was declined. I re-started the purchase and used a different card, which worked. Today, however, I found out that the first transaction was in fact charged, I called the bank and they confirmed that it was charged.
So, I paid two times, with different cards, and only obtained one product. How can I get this fixed? I expect Best Buy to be able to verify that only one product was released and they reimburse that first purchase.
I can't really find where to call or e-mail so I guess this blog is my only option for now.

Having a pair of wireless headphones, definitely makes flights more enjoyable, which is why we try to have the Best Buy Express kiosks available in as many locations as possible. Being charged twice is certainly not the outcome we’d want for any of our customers, and we’d be glad to see if we might have any options available to assist.
