Exchange of Google Nest Wifi was performed with wrong account

Hi, Being Elite Plus member, I never have had such a frustrating experience. I did exchanged my Google Wifi ot Google Nest Wifi on 05/24/2020. Exchange/ Transaction# {removed per forum guidelines}  17:05 For this exchange due to Covid-19, I had to stay outside the store and the representative did the whole process. I gave him all my account information and gave him my Best buy credit card to charge the differnce payment. The person who did perform this purchase, put the exchange order to someone else account, knowingly or unknowingly. Due to this even my purchase order and my Geek squad protection does not show up in my account, in fact it is with someone else account. When I visited store#417, Best Buy 21051 Haggerty Rd Novi MI 48375 store, someone manager told the she is most knowledgeable and working with Best buy from past 3 years, can not do the correction to this wrong transaction and asked me to contact Best buy primary support by calling their number. But I insisted her to confirm with other manager/ colleague, she initially did not agree but after I asked her, then finally she just went to talk to someone and returned with the same answer. When I called Best buy primary support they told me that they can not do anything for the mistake performed by Best buy store and directed me to go to store.

I am attaching the receipt copy, where in the name mentioned on the attached copy is the person on whose account my purchase has been put in the system. I would like this purchase and Geek Squad corrected and put in my name so as no tension in the future.

Not sure if Best buy care about their Elite plus members and will help me resolve this issue?  I will appreciate Best buy prompt response.

Nothing heard from Best buy or store? Do you care about your customers?

There is no response as of today. I was told that I should receive either email or call by Wednesday 08/05.
