Hello, I have spent hours on the phone with the store and 1888bestbuy and no refund on my debit card yet. I did the exchange 5 days ago and still no refund. The store can't help me and the 1888bestbuy claims they sent me a credit to my debit card but have not sent me any proof because my bank says they never did send a credit.

Waiting for a refund is never fun, and I am sorry if you are having a hard time getting your money back. Five days does sound like a long time to wait for you to get your refund. Are you still waiting on this refund?

I got your private message confirming you have not gotten your refund yet. Can you send me a private message with your name, your phone number, your email address, a description of what exactly needs to be refunded, and your order number/customer service pin number?
