Our standard return policy on most items is 15 days, with this period being extended to 30 days for Elite members and 45 for Elite Plus. During our holiday season, our return policy was extended for any purchases made between October 28, 2018 all the way to December 28, 2018 and for Core customers ended the return policy for all these purchases on January 12, 2019. That said, due to the extent of time that has passed since this purchase, as well as the final return date, a return or exchange may no longer be an option.
I would highly suggest pairing up with the store where the iPad was purchased and speaking to someone on the leadership team to see if they may be able to assist further.
