So I purchased a Alienware M15 R3 i7+2070Super a few days ago in store, then I stumbled upon a HP Omen 15 i7+3070 Max-Q, it's currently not available in store and i'm not sure stores will carry them to begin with, but it's available online and would only take 2 days to get delivered.
Would it be possible to make an exchange in store and have the store order it, rather than return and refund, wait for the funds to be transferred back into my account, then order it myself?
I know to make a return/refund you have to go to the store you purchased it at, but for an exhange it can be done at any location, I'm just trying to save myself the extra steps and time

You should be able to return or exchange that unit at any Best Buy store within the Return & Exchange Promise. If the unit you were wanting to exchange it for is not readily available at that location, they should be able to order it for you. I hope that this information helps!
