Excellent service and knowledge!

I wanted to provide a compliment for an employee at your Maplewood, MN store.

I wasn't able to find a specific compliment or contact section on the BestBuy main page, unfortunately.

My wife and I went to the Best Buy in Maplewood, MN this evening with the intention of purchasing a couple of gaming mice. While we were looking at several models, an employee who gave his name as "J.J." came up and asked if we needed help.

I mentioned that I was trying to find a good mouse that wouldn't exacerbate my carpel tunnel (I use vertical mice for work, but they'd be awful for gaming). He took the time to not only walk me through the concepts of finding a mouse that fits both your hand size *and* grip style, but also the weight of the mouse and other factors.

He referenced his own research and buying experience for his own wrist pain issues, and I ultimately purchased a mouse that wasn't even on my radar prior to walking into the store.

My wife also got some helpful information from him, though thankfully she doesn't have the same issues I do.

I'm hoping some of the Best Buy staff that monitor these forums can pass along to the store what an excellent job J.J. did this evening!
