Hi bestbuy, on Aug. 10 we bought a cell phone prod. ID 683346546557 plus one toy in one Store in miami. But I lost the bill, and our phone company is asking it to activate the cell. I paíd cash, si there is not récords in créditos or débitos cards. Pls could you look and share the bill. My email is {removed per forum guidelines}

I am trying to figure this out , to the best of my knowledge properly scanned items can be activated. I have not heard of needing a receipt to activate a phone.
