Empty box

I just bought 4 items at the 5th ave location in NY.
One of them was an empty box!!!

I don't live in the city.

I need what I paid off or a refund.

Can someone contact me?

I can see the trust customers have when shopping for items in the store. However an Empty Box is very suspicious and Best Buy would not set empty boxes to sell to customers in it's store front. It sounds like someone, somehow did an inside job. Not sure how it happened.


There are checks and balances in place to ensure proper returns on items, etc. Hopefully a mod can help out.

Generally, the store where you made this purchase would be best suited to help see what options are available. Have you been able to get in touch with them? If not, I would be glad to follow up with the management team at this store on your behalf.
