Empty box after purchasing item

Hi, I bought a Samson g-pro microphone yesterday at 2050 n rainbow blvd in Las Vegas and I had it delivered to me curbside so it was put into my backseat. Fast forward 3 hours later, I pick up the bag and think “hmm this sure is light”. I open the box and there is absolutely nothing in there!!! I’m not sure what to do?? If someone could help I’d appreciate it. Thank you.

This is a very odd one indeed. I am surprised the store did not think of this first. It is a defect and you can go back to the store and let them know that it was empty. A manager or supervisor may be involved but you should be able to make sure you get the contents.


There could potentially be issues in this situation as its your word against theirs and so forth.


If you have issues you can come back here and see if a moderator can intervene but yeah you SHOULD have no issues.

This certainly does sound to be a unique situation, and I can understand wanting to bring this to our attention and receive support with this. As hockeycanuckjc mentioned, you'll need to bring the product back to the store as they would be best equipped to further assist.
