Welcome to our community forums. I've purchased a few different Mophie cases over the years and can only imagine your surprise to find this package empty. Have you had the chance to speak to a store manager during your visits to this store? They would typically be able to best assist you with this. Please let me know if you are still working to get this resolved and I would be happy to see what options we may have available to help you moving forward.
