Employee review (Burbank CA)

I wanted to leave an employee review for the geek squad members in your Burbank, California store. 

I recently purhcased a Macbook air at the Burbank store and within less than a week of having it the screen had gotten damaged somehow. I took it into the store to see how they could help me and I met Johnny who was the manager of the geek squad department. Him and his team were kind enough to replace my laptop with a new one at no charge. I went in completely nervous and stressed because I didn't know if they were going to be able to do anything. Luckily Johnny was very kind to override everything and get the situation fixed for me. I really appreciate them for doing that for me and I will defenitley keep going back to your Burbank location in California whenever I need tech support or when I want to buy a new product. I hope this review can get back to Johnny and his team! They deserve to know how great they are.
