To Whom It May Concern;
I believe that credit is due when an employee goes above and beyond their scope of work to help a customer and I would like to share my appreciation and story regarding one of your employees.
I purchased a LG refrigerator from Best Buy #238 on Thursday, February 17, 2022 after living out of a cooler for two days after my refrigerator of ten years finally took its last breath. My new refrigerator was to be ready for pick up on Sunday, February 20, 2022. I was completely happy with the process until I arrived on Sunday to find out that the truck did not come in and that I may have to wait one to three days longer.
As I was on a verge of an adult tantrum about not getting my refrigerator on time, your assistant manager, Sharron, came to the rescue. She searched to see what they had in stock to replace my original order and when that failed, she agreed to sell my husband and I the floor model.
Sharron was not only extremely professional as an employee of Best Buy, but she was also so very courteous and kind.
I told Sharron thank you so many times, but I wanted Best Buy to know that she has done your company proud and should be recognized as the exemplary employee she is.

Thanks for reaching out to share your recent experience with us! As someone who has worked in retail stores before and customer service for a long time, I know it can be tough to always hear the negative experiences, so getting those positive experiences are important too. I do my best to share those whenever I can as well, so I appreciate you taking the time to post this.
Being without a refrigerator is definitely not a welcome time, so it is understandable finding out that yours wasn't going to be ready when it was expected would be frustrating. I'm so glad to hear that Sharron was there to help you and your husband through all of this and find a solution that was acceptable. She sounds like a wonderful example of what we would like all of our employees to be. I'll be sure to share your feedback with the management at our Beaumont store so they can properly recognize Sharron for her efforts in turning this experience around for you.
