Best Buy Store Purchase

I called my local Best Buy today for help buying a computer. The man who answered the phone offer no insight and was not helpful. I was trying to figure out the best time to buy a computer since I am on a budget and other helpful tips and tricks. All I got in return was ‘I don’t know.’ ANY information on laptops and purchasing would have been better.

I have had some great Best Buy experiences but this was handled poorly and left me frustrated. I wanted information and didn’t feel like the man I spoke to cared or wanted to help me get what I needed.

Welcome to our Support Forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  Be it by phone, online, or in person, we’re hopeful our customers will have a positive experience with each associate they interact with, so it’s disappointing to hear your call to your local Best Buy store didn’t go as smoothly as we would have hoped.  I know when I upgraded my own laptop roughly a year ago, I had plenty of questions as well, so I completely understand why you’d want to gather some additional information before making your final purchase.

I have historically found that the best sales happen around federal holidays.  When i worked the industry the July 4th Sales were typically some of the better ones.

Best Buy just had a pretty good Presidents Day sale and I picked up a new printer at a pretty good sale price.
