Employee Review (Norwalk CT)

I’ve never cared enough to actually write a review for someone, or I’ve never had super stellar service..but today was different. I’ve recently had hard luck with my iPhone and had to have it replaced twice. This is where Best Buy comes in. For some reason I needed to get a new SIM card because my newest replacement made the sim fail. So I went in and there were only two people working in mobile, I was helped by Christian. He didn’t actually know how to do the whole activation of a SIM card but this guy wanted to make sure I got my phone back in order. He called two associates who weren’t in (who I’m sure weren’t happy they had to help on their days off) but they seemed cool about it and they walked him through the process. He had nothing but nice things to say and honestly exerted a calmness that I definitely do not have haha. I went in angy and anxious to get this done land over with and walked out with a smile on my face. If that dude could possibly be recognized for going above and beyond in the retail field (at least in my opinion) he definitely should. Christian if you see this thanks for super professionally dealing with my issue even if it was a 5 dollar SIM card.

I’m a lot like you, I don’t generally leave reviews, good or bad, when it comes to the service I receive.  I generally either don’t go back if the service is bad, or I keep going back if the service is good. 

 

But I’m truly glad that you chose this time to let us know about the stellar service you received from Christian.  What’s especially telling is that even when he wasn’t sure, he used his resources to still get you taken care of, and took what sounds like an extremely anxious experience for you, and made it so you left happy!  This is absolutely the experience that we wish every customer has with our stores, and again, I’m glad you took the time to let us know, as regardless of the dollar value of the visit, every visit matters!

 

I’d be happy to make sure that your compliments for Christian are passed along to his management team.
