I’m a lot like you, I don’t generally leave reviews, good or bad, when it comes to the service I receive. I generally either don’t go back if the service is bad, or I keep going back if the service is good.
But I’m truly glad that you chose this time to let us know about the stellar service you received from Christian. What’s especially telling is that even when he wasn’t sure, he used his resources to still get you taken care of, and took what sounds like an extremely anxious experience for you, and made it so you left happy! This is absolutely the experience that we wish every customer has with our stores, and again, I’m glad you took the time to let us know, as regardless of the dollar value of the visit, every visit matters!
