I went to the store to get a Accidental Geek Squad Protection for my online purchase (didn't have the money for 1 at the time i ordered I really wanted 1) read online i could still get a plan but had to bring the order to a store so i did, when i arrived there were no geek squad people around and a employee saw me standing there like a deer in the headlights she told me i needed to get an appointment if i wanted to talk to the geek squad... my heart dropped when i called and spoke to some geek squad members previously i wasnt told i needed an appointment, I told Cristina (the employee) that i just arrived from a good distance (long drive) all i needed is a Accidental Geek Squad Protection and then she said she should be able to get me one as long as i have the receipt for the online order she helped me pick out a plan the (2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection) for my PC Thank God for Cristina being there and being able to help me get a plan I'm sorry if i spelled your name wrong i wasnt super awake when i saw your name tag as i am a night owl person (I play too much World of Warcraft) but thank you soo much Cristina!! thank you thank you thank you.
again its the Best Buy located at (650 Eastgate South Dr Cincinnati, OH 45245) Thank You soo much again Cristina Awesome Employee!!!
