First, you make it hard to give compliements to store employee. Would appreciate some kind of link to feedback. But, I went to Best Buy Northlake Charlotte and expected to have difficult time with rearranging order for stove and was pleasantly surprised with service from Melissa at Customer Service desk. Consumate pro and helped me quick. Not many like her in your company that I have dealt with. You should give her some recognition for being sharp and very helpful. I was really happy when I left the store.
