I would like to take a moment to recognize Beecher, one of your employees at the Christiansburg, VA store.
My family and I visited this location with a view to purchasing a computer for my son who will be attending Virginia Tech. Fortunately, Beecher was the one who waited on us. He spent almost an hour with us, going over the differences between the three computers we were considering (we actually checked out after the store had already closed ). He was incredibly knowledgeable about the computers as well as the requirements at Tech (which was an additional bonus) and was able to answer our questions. Most importantly, he did not try and sell us the most expensive one - he sold us the one that he thought would best suit my son.
You are incredibly fortunate to have such a great, customer-service oriented employee. I am happy to give him the recognition he deserves.

From what you’ve described, Beecher is exactly the type of associate we hope our customers will get a chance to work with when visiting one of our stores. Shopping for computers can often feel like an overwhelming experience, so it’s awesome to hear that Beecher was not only knowledgeable of the computers you could choose from, but the requirements your son would need while attending Virginia Tech!
It sounds like Beecher is due for some kudos for his fantastic customer service skills, so please know I’ll be forwarding your post to the leadership team at our Christiansburg, VA store, to make sure your kind words make it to him.
