I want to say that I had an excellent experience with Dean at the Altoona, PA location (store #1015).  He was helpful and knowledgeable when I got help from him on September 10, 2020.

Happy to hear you had a positive experience! Please note that each store has a management email address on the store locator option on the website and your receipt is also crucial in giving feedback.

 

Best Buy staff may be also to help you on your behalf pass it onto the management but the options above may be quickest Smiley Happy
