I visited store 25 in Greenfield, Wisconsin on 10-19-21 to get a new iPhone set up. Your employee Jo C., was very helpful. We had a lot of difficulty with AT&T. They had something in their system preventing us from gettting the new phone set up with my existing number. Jo was given a bit of a runaround by several of the AT&T support people and had to place several calls to finally get what we needed. Jo did a great job of sticking with the problem and keeping a great attitude through a difficult process that was out of his control. He was very professional and apologetic for the delays (which weren't his fault). Thanks for the good work Jo C.!!

Welcome to our Best Buy Support Forums! I know it's all to common for people to share their bad experiences, which are important so we know where we need to fix things, but I can appreciate you wanting to ensure that the great service from Jo C. is known.
