Email with redemption code never received

I bought a bundle for the Xbox and 24 mounted of game pass which was 299$ for the game pass not a free three months. Yesterday I picked up the Xbox and was told they would email me the number. Called in to find out when and I was told it was sent already. It’s not in junk it’s not in spam it’s not in mail. I have never had a digital product take this long to arrive. Item ordered on October 19. Console picked up on the 22n. It’s always been thirty minutes at beast.
