I have had an issue since November with a curbside pickup. The day of the incident I tried to call the store after the item was given to someone else. Nobody answered. I called the 800-customer service number, had a case opened and he also tried the store twice with no answer. For some reason, the customer service rep made an error and just closed the case without any response from the store. I tried to resolve with the credit card company but cant talk to anyone. I send two emails to the store manager with no response. How do I actually get someone to help me resolve the issue. Its been very frustrainting to get no customer service from Best Buy when they made the mistake and I am being charged over $300 for it.

Thanks for reaching out to us, and welcome to the Best Buy Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you've been trying to resolve an order issue since November, that is definitely not ideal. This doesn't sound like the service that we strive for, and I apologize for any inconvenience as a result of that.
As nckhammond mentioned, you can always visit the store in person and speak with the manager that is available, and they should be able to help resolve your concern the fastest.
