This is the 2nd Steelbook release in a row where my order has not been fulfilled by the Thousand Oaks, CA store! I am an Elite Plus member who spends a lot of money on Steelbooks with Best Buy. For this to occur not once, but twice in the last 3 weeks is beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, the store manager was smug and offered or satisfacdtory resolution other than to cancel and refund my order. Someone needs to make this right and figure out why my orders aren't being fulfilled!

Welcome back to the Best Buy Community forums. Thanks for getting in touch with us about this. We work hard to make sure every pre-order is filled. I'm sorry that yours have not been. We never want one of our employees to act in a smug manner, either.
