Hi I bought a $100 Logitech mouse today and got home after the store closed. I opened the box excited to finally use the computer that I actually bought from Best Buy previously and saw an empty box! Now I’m freaking out because I opened a box that was empty and I know the store will never except it, I plan to go there because it was very expensive and I’m super upset about the situation. I don’t want to cause a scene but if the company can’t be responsible with there expensive items and be sure that the products are actually in the box then I don’t want to shop at a place like that. All the cords are in the box I just want to get a replacement I don’t even want a refund I just want the mouse that was suppose to be in the box! If anyone can help please this scam is ridiculous

Step 1 is talk to the store when they reopen.

Step 2 is panic.
