This happened a few days ago and their inventory still isn't updated online. I wasted time and money going out to this location.

Welcome back to our community. I consider my time very valuable and would hate to drive to a store, expecting to pick up an item, only to find it was out of stock upon my arrival. I regret the obvious inconvenience this experience seems to have caused you.
Can you tell me which location you visited that appears to have had (and may still have) this monitor? Did you speak with any in-store associates concerning the whereabouts of this open box model? If so, what did they say?

I will follow up with our Southaven store to ensure our open box inventory properly reflects what is available in-store to prevent future interactions like this from occurring. Don't bother with an inventory update. My last few experiences haven't gone well with you guys. Unless youre able to compensate for the waste of gas/time i'm taking my business elsewhere. Thanks

While I regret the inconvenience posed to you by this situation, these are not circumstances in which we would offer compensation. I understand your disappointment, but I truly hope you'll decide to give us another chance in the future to earn back your loyalty.
