Double-Charged for TV purchase back in Feb (still on refund)

Hello! My husband purchased a TV at the Coon Rapids, MN location (store #540) on February 7th, 2021. This purchase was supposed to come with free delivery the following day. On February 8th, 2021 the delivery was cancelled (I think due to a snowstorm??) and our order number, when we looked it up online, said cancelled. Actually it still does say cancelled - Order Number {removed per forum guidelines}. We were not even contacted, so it was all very weird. Since the order said cancelled, we presumed that to be the case, and figured we needed to make our purchase all over again.


My husband then went back to Coon Rapids to talk to them about the cancelled order & to repurchase the TV. They no longer had the TV we wanted in stock, so he was sent to the Maple Grove store (store #329). We triple-checked that the order was truly cancelled before heading over to Maple Grove, and then went and purchased the TV that we wanted to purchase from the beginning. This Maple Grove purchase on 2/12 went through perfectly & we received our TV.


Now, 3 months later, I realized we did not ever receive a refund for the initial cancelled order! So we have two charges for $752.66. ONE successful tv purchase. The other for a tv that we never received/picked up or anything. It clearly shows on our bank statement and there is NO refund for the problematic order.
