Hello, alehorestein, and welcome to our online community!
Thank you for reaching out to us for support on the Forums. I would be alarmed by a double charge to my credit card as well, and I'm happy to look into this for you.
Can you please send me a Private Message including your full name, email, phone number, and order number to start? You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name, below.
Happy to help,

Unfortunately not all banks do a good job of reporting activity on credit and debit cards.
First check your online BB account and see if you have a double charge.
However, chances are the first charge is the authorization and the second charge is the actual charge.
An authorization is done first to make sure there are sufficient funds and the code and address check out.
For a point of purchase charge the charge is then done immediately after the authorization.
Banks should remove the authorization as soon as the charge goes through. Sometimes they do not.
Bank of America has been notorious for doing this.
Rather than trusting to what you see online it would be a good idea to call your card holder directly. The service person one the phone should be able to tell you exactly what it is.
