Sounds like either the first two charges or the last one was a hold. If it says "pending" on any of them, it's what it is, and holds is something that banks do, not Best Buy. When you place an order, BB sends a request to your bank to make sure you have the funds in the account, when they do that the bank places a hold on that amount. That held amount should normally be replaced by the actual charge once it's processed, or be released after 3-5 business days if the transaction is canceled. There are two possibilities I guess, one is the bank is going it in a weird way, and the second that Best Buy is by using different order numbers for the first funds availability check and the actual order, but personally, I've never been "double" charged by Best Buy on any of my cards.

We would hate for you to be charged extra on a purchase. As drumn_bass mentioned, this could have been a hold or authorization that was not releasing right away. Since your post, has this been resolved? Are you now charged the correct amount?
