Hi,
I made a purchase at a Miami store, and have double charged on my credit card how can I proceed to the refund?

Unfortunately not all banks do a good job of reporting activity on credit and debit cards.
First check your online BB account and see if you have a double charge.
However, chances are the first charge is the authorization and the second charge is the actual charge.
An authorization is done first to make sure there are sufficient funds and the code and address check out.
For a point of purchase charge the charge is then done immediately after the authorization.
Banks should remove the authorization as soon as the charge goes through. Sometimes they do not.
Bank of America has been notorious for doing this.
Rather than trusting to what you see online it would be a good idea to call your card holder directly. The service person one the phone should be able to tell you exactly what it is.

I also was double charged for a 12.50 ipad tablet pro. I have tried talking to everyone for the last month,and no one really seems to do anything but throw me around. I would like the extra tablet taken of of my BBCC. Can I pease get the number or email for the executives? I am sure that they can help me,

What you were probalby seeing on your online bank system was an authorization followed by a charge.
