Done shopping at BestBuy

I was in my local BestBuy, which I used to love, and was treated terribly. I waited almost a half hour to purchase a tv that I knew I wanted. I asked at the service center and he said he’d call someone. No one came. I asked another lady for help and she said she’d have to get someone else. After 25 minutes I finally found someone and asked if she worked there. Her response was, “I hope so.” Considering bestbuy doesn’t care about its customers, makes them wait, and is rude to them, I’ll do my shopping at Walmart or Amazon from now on, delete the app, and I’ll be sure to tell everyone of my experience here. There’s no excuse for being inattentive to customers and treating them rudely when employees are actually forced to do their job.

Thank you for the kind words. I wound up purchasing a TCL roku tv, I'm just really fed up with best buy (at least the one I visited). The sad part is I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in, all I needed was a sales rep to see if any were available in stock or not. It's not exactly an item I could just grab off the shelf. It would have been a fast transaction and an easy sale for both parties, but instead I left not ever wanting to return or shop there again, and it could have been prevented with common courtesy. Thank you again for the reply and I'm glad you've had good experiences there (even to the point where you use the forums so often. Smiley Happy  )

I have a Roku TV in the bedroom myself. I love the TV Sometimes I can't sleep at night and I find myself watching cool stuff on the free streaming apps. Especially free episodes of cartoons that I grew up watching on Saturday morning.
