Does anyone answer the phone?

I’m trying to call the Fairless Hills PA store for 3 hours. No one answers!! No response to email either. No answer at toll free number. I’m trying to buy an open box appliance and it’s impossible!

We should be answering at (888) BESTBUY or (888) 237-8289 even if everyone at the store is tied up. You can also sometimes order open box items right on our web site by clicking "buying options" near the price on our site.

 

If that doesn't work for you, please let me know. I'll see if I can offer any help.

I did manage to get through to the toll free number and they couldnt help because it's a Jenn Air appliance:  JDTSS244GP.  After that, no answer - several times and despite the fact they said there was only a 4 minute wait.  I have been trying since 4pm to get through to someone - anyone - and no luck.  2 voicemails, 2 emails and endless phonecalls and wait times.  One phone number on the business card is not in service.  Another number, at another store, does not take voice mails.This is absurd.

Update:  The store had a power failure for 6 hours.  The toll free number should have been informed of that, as I'm sure there were other customers equally frustrated.

Thanks for the update. That’s great feedback. Having our main number able to let a customer know when their local stores are having issues would be useful. I appreciate you sharing that idea with us.
